1) The impact of APIs goes beyond the initial payment, as they offer support for what can happen afterwards through post backs/webhooks, reporting, and reconciliation of dispute management (chargebacks).
2) Most organizations put their focus on how to tee-up payments, but it’s also crucial to have the functionality of APIs to help automate processes and support customer needs.
3) Having real-time data available from APIs offers a better and more efficient merchant and customer experience across the board.
