Can I get a refund if I'm unable to attend the conference?
We understand that things come up unexpectedly and we want to make sure you have a worry-free experience when registering for the U.S. Fintech Symposium. If you find that you're unable to attend the conference after you've registered, refunds are available until February 15, 2023. However, we're unable to offer refunds for cancellations made after February 15, 2023. We encourage you to contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to request a refund. Please keep in mind that refunds may be subject to processing fees and other restrictions depending on your registration type.

Yes, there is a deadline for registration and we encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your spot at the U.S. Fintech Symposium. Registration for the conference will close on May 17th, 2023.

What is the Change Management Policy for the U.S. Fintech Symposium?
TreaSolution, Inc. is committed to ensuring that U.S. Fintech Symposium attendees have the best possible experience. With that being said, we must be able to address unexpected circumstances that may arise, and as such, we reserve the right to change or cancel the U.S. Fintech Symposium at any time.
In the event that the date or location of the U.S. Fintech Symposium is changed, we will issue a refund to those who are no longer able to attend. If the U.S. Fintech Symposium is cancelled, a full refund will be issued, minus processing fees. Further, TreaSolution will not responsible for any travel expenses incurred due to changes or cancellations of the U.S. Fintech Symposium.
