Registration is quick and easy. Start by visiting our Registration Page. From there, you'll be able to select your registration type, enter your personal and payment details and submit your registration.
What is the registration fee and what does it include?
We offer a variety of registration options to suit your needs including Regular, Banking/Financial Institution and VIP registration options. The registration fee for our full conference pass varies depending on when you register and which registration type you select. You can learn more about the current registration fee by visiting our Registration Page. Regardless of your registration type, you'll enjoy access to all thought-leadership sessions, networking events, and exhibits, as well as coffee, lunch, and snacks during the conference.
Can I get a refund if I'm unable to attend the conference?
Converge Events offers refunds for individual cancellation requests received via email by 12:00 PM CST on February 15, 2025; after this deadline, registration fees become non-refundable. For those needing to transfer their registration, Converge Events allows transfer of an Attendee's registration (excluding the Fintech Bundle) to another person within the same organization between February 15 and April 30, 2025, with no transfers accepted after April 30, 2025. For all cancellation and transfer requests, please reply to your registration confirmation email.
What is the Change Management Policy for the U.S. Fintech Symposium?
Converge Events is committed to ensuring that U.S. Fintech Symposium attendees have the best possible experience. With that being said, we must be able to address unexpected circumstances that may arise, and as such, we reserve the right to change or cancel the U.S. Fintech Symposium at any time. In the event that the date or location of the U.S. Fintech Symposium is changed, we will issue a refund to those who are no longer able to attend. If the U.S. Fintech Symposium is cancelled, a full refund will be issued, minus processing fees. Further, Converge Events will not responsible for any travel expenses incurred due to changes or cancellations of the U.S. Fintech Symposium.

On the first page of the registration form select the type of registration you want and click the blue "Register Now" button. On the second page of the registration form under "Additional Options" tick the box next to "I have a discount code" and enter your code. Will food and drinks be provided at the U.S. Fintech Symposium?
Yes, food and drinks will be provided during the conference, including coffee, pastries, lunch and refreshments during breaks. We take pride in offering high-quality cuisine that caters to a variety of dietary needs.
Will WiFi be provided at the conference?
The conference venue offers excellent cellular coverage, so you’re welcome to use your personal hotspot if WiFi is needed. If supplemental WiFi is required in the event rooms, it can be accessed through the hotel for $50 per device. Attendees staying at the hotel will have complimentary WiFi in their guest rooms.

The dress code for the U.S. Fintech Symposium is business or business casual attire. We recommend wearing something that is comfortable and suitable for a business setting. We suggest that you wear comfortable footwear, as there will be a lot of walking around the hotel and conference center.
