Dan began his career in the corporate treasury departments of Arthur Andersen, Equity Office Properties and AON Corporation.
In 2002, Dan started TreaSolution to guide organizations in the development of world-class fintech and treasury management functions. Over the next 18 years, Dan expanded TreaSolution's services to include events, staffing and training services, also.
In 2012, Northwestern University recruited Dan to teach a post-graduate Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) course. Based upon post-course evaluations 94.29% of NU CTP students indicated that Dan's teaching of this course exceeded their expectations.
In 2018, Dan started the U.S. Fintech Symposium. This two-day conference brings together fintech thought-leaders to discuss PRACTICAL fintech solutions, strategies and developments. The U.S. Fintech Symposium has grown over 100% y/y since its inception. The overall goal of the U.S. Fintech Symposium is to foster meaningful fintech conversations that drive organizational, regulatory and industry innovation.
Dan is an active member of the Treasury Management Association of Chicago and the Northern Illinois University Department of Finance Board of Executive Advisors. An avid public speaker on fintech, treasury, networking and career advancement, Dan has delivered 120+ public speaking sessions.
