Glen Kelley Biography
Glen Kelley is the Chief Revenue Officer at OvationCXM where he is responsible for global sales, marketing and business development, driving revenue operations and adoption to accelerate growth in the CXM industry and impactful customer experience results for businesses across industries. Glen has more than 30 years of experience in diversified financial services, payments, merchant services and software. Glen has worked for several technology start-ups in payments, fintech and software.
Glen spent 23 years with Wells Fargo in many senior leadership roles, including EVP, and Head of Merchant Services, a joint venture with Fiserv, where he also served on the WFMS Executive Board. Glen also served as Chief Revenue Officer for Poynt, a leading POS/Payments company, which was sold to GoDaddy. After the exit, Glen took a new role to serve as President & COO of a leading embedded finance start-up. Glen then join OvationCXM as its Chief Revenue Officer in February of 2021 and has helped the company achieve substantial revenue growth since, with over six sequential quarters of record revenue.
Glen is actively involved with a number of start-ups and likes to invest in pre-seed and seed stage start-ups, as well as advise founders on strategy, organizational structure, operations and sales/marketing/revenue growth. Glen lives with his wife and their 4 children in Nevada. He is actively involved in the community and is an advisor with several pre-seed start-ups.
