Using blockchain for financial services presents a unique and challenging problem: Scalability. Blockchain scalability is a major bottleneck to the mainstream adoption and use of blockchains as blockchains have begun to reach their capacity limits. This presentation will address the following questions:
- What conditions need to be present to create a “scalability” problem?
- In what capacity can blockchains be used in the financial services & payment industries?
- How do blockchain payment solutions compare to current payment systems?
- What can professionals do now to help prevent blockchain “scalability” problems in the future?
