Marla Sofer is part of the Enterprise Commercial CTO team at Microsoft, leading Cloud for Financial Services technical delivery. She has deep experience as a client, vendor, and partner spearheading digital transformation efforts across banking and capital markets, and is passionate about democratizing financial services through scalable technology.
She dove into Fintech in 2015, and has led strategic partnerships and third party oversight functions at Jemstep, Xignite, and Lending Club. Prior to that, she was responsible for institutional relationships with banks, data aggregators, and index licensors at BlackRock and with asset and wealth managers at J.P. Morgan. She is actively involved in diversity and inclusion efforts and has an MBA from Rutgers and BA from the University of Texas at Austin. |
