Chris Haynes Biography
Chris has 20 years of experience in scheduling, administrating and managing in workload automation space. My teams focus is delivering workload automation solutions and analytics in support of our Digital Transformation journey. Over the past several years we leveraged analytics from Control-M to drive continuous improvement efforts. This past year we’ve seen an 11% improvement on meeting critical business applications SLA’s, going from 87% to 98%. This improvement was a bi-product of data derived from Control-M and that lead to process improvement to job streams and tuning by application owners. Today, we are on version 9.0.18 of Control-M and leverage the functions to assist in the continuing growth, complex requirements and maintaining the highest performance levels for our business.
