David Prochnow's Biography
David Prochnow serves as Senior Vice President, Head of fintech payments and strategic partnerships. In his role, David oversees the strategic direction of Byline’s Fintech payments practice, this includes BaaS sponsorship and embedded finance solutions.
Before joining Byline, in 2024. Prochnow spent 13 years building and directing the sponsorship and BaaS programs at MB Financial Bank and Fifth Third Bank. Prochnow has a proven track record of managing sponsorship banking programs for some of the largest payment programs globally. His previous experience in directing Fintech Banking programs includes roles as head of product, business development and serving as an industry expert on BaaS risk management structures.
