Andrew has built his career on transforming new products and services into tangible business value for clients. With a business degree coupled with a decade of working in user experience design, he advises clients around solving the complex and often ambiguous problems using design thinking methodologies. From user research to product strategy and experience design, Andrew mentors teams through the process of rapid ideation in pursuit of new business innovation. His experience has led him to help redefine digital products and services across industries, including clients like Bloomberg, ESPN, AARP, American Express, and McDonald’s. As a Managing Director at Grand Studio, Andrew works to shape new projects with clients, guide UX teams through delivery, and support the office in the evolution of the design practice overall.
