How Financial Institutions Can Use Robotic Process
Automation to Support Fintech Partners
Presentation Date & Time:

Presentation Description:
As the Fintech industry continues to grow, traditional banks have an opportunity to thrive by embracing disruption. By partnering with Fintechs, banks can offer innovative services faster, helping raise overall expectations of consumers and businesses rather than reacting to them. In addition, Fintechs often need chartered bank services — like FDIC-insured deposit accounts and automated KYC decisioning — that traditional banks do well. Yet banks can only partner effectively with these digital natives if they have automated core services.
Join Damon Greenberg, Senior VP and Director, Operational Excellence of Radius Bank, and Andrew Woessner, Founder and CEO of R-Path Automation, as they discuss how automation and RPA supports Radius Bank’s Fintech partnership strategy. The bank first implemented RPA to scale digital onboarding for partners, and has since expanded the use of automation to improve the speed and reliability of digital offerings and related back office processes. The session will include pragmatic guidance on partnering with FinTechs and using digital transformation to be a better partner and, most importantly, deliver better services to customers.
