Presentation Date & Time:
December 2nd & 3rd, 2020
Name: Sara Hafner
Fintech disruption comes down to streamlining the experience for customers through digital transformation. While many organizations are working to keep up with the way payments take place today by enabling digital commerce, this also comes with increased cost by opening their attack surface to new types of fraud. It’s easy to put fraud prevention measures in place - the hard part is enabling those measures without detracting from the customer experience.
In this session, Sara Hafner will share the latest statistics on the cost of fraud in the fintech ecosystem, as well as the most common types of fraud experienced in this sector. She will explain advancements in fraud protection and how a unified approach to fraud prevention and identity can be used to provide an optimal payments experience to consumers and how various parties can come together to build a fraud-free world.
