Jason Chorlins Biography
Jason Chorlins spearheads financial service engagements as the banking practice leader of Kaufman Rossin’s risk advisory services practice. He advises clients on technology, anti-money laundering, sanctions compliance, consumer compliance, due diligence and regulatory compliance matters to help them manage risk.
He oversees anti-money laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) consulting engagements and assists fintechs and financial institutions with risk assessments, risk management oversight, BSA/AML/OFAC independent testing, transaction look-backs, and customer due diligence reviews. He is an industry leader in assisting financial institutions to perform data and model system calibrations and validations for account and transaction surveillance systems.

Milind Pathak is an accomplished executive with over 26 years of experience in partnering with community financial institutions. He has built a reputation as a trusted, proven, and reliable partner who excels in strategy planning, developing innovation strategy and importantly helping with the execution of the strategy.
Over the course of his 26-year tenure working in partnership with community banks and credit unions, he has acquired a deep understanding of various aspects of financial services technology such as core banking, digital banking, card payments, RTP, origination, open banking, and Banking as a Service (BaaS). He is eager to apply this extensive experience and passion for digital transformation and innovation to drive positive change in the industry. Milind has extensive direct client-facing experience and is known for his ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. He is skilled at developing and implementing strategic plans that drive growth and profitability, and has a strong track record of delivering results.
Milind is also a thought leader in the industry. He is often called upon to share his insights and perspectives on the latest trends and developments in the industry. Samantha Paxson is a growth strategy and business transformation executive in fintech, leading teams to build the intersection of technology, brand and experience architecture to center on the consumer. As Chief Experience Officer with Co-op Solutions, she has helped grow the company by developing strategies to transform the operations of a 40-year-old organization to a truly platform-based ecosystem.
As a passionate "intrapreneur," Paxson founded Co-op THINK 16 years ago, an innovation content platform empowering the evolution of mission-driven financial services, and which has partnered world-renowned thought leaders with thousands of financial services executives.
