Jeff joined Backbase in 2018 and he leads the technical teams - Solution Architects, Backend Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers and System Engineers. In his role, he provides Technical leadership and oversight on Backbase projects in the US.
Jeff has 25 years of experience in digital banking including Finastra (D&H, Harland Clark) and D3 (NCR). Prior to joining Backbase, he was leading the digital banking platform at D3 as the CTO. |
Matthew Markham

Matthew Markham is a Partner with Capco’s Digital Engineering Practice. He has over 20 years of experience in architecting; implementing and deploying large complex computing systems for clients. He helps clients integrate and/or build leading edge technology solutions in their environments as well as develop custom applications/solutions. He has been involved in implementing numerous Digital Banking Platforms as well as helping clients define and implement Enterprise Architecture solutions.
More recently, he has built a world class engineering organization that has been leveraged for numerous clients across North America to deliver on their transformational efforts using cross functional technical teams augmented by the experienced Financial Services SMEs. These implementations and architectures have helped clients drive forward their digital agendas for their end clients at the same time modernizing their technology landscape and how they themselves operate. |
Ryan Halstead

Ryan Halstead, Vice President of North America Sales for Jumio, has been around since the infancy of Jumio and digital identity. He oversees the company’s growth at scale and furthers its leading position in the digital transformation of identity and the fight against fraud. With over 20 years of leadership, management, and sales experience within the software industry, he has held executive positions in product management, project management, technical sales, and strategy development.
Ryan has a passion for solving customer pain points with modern technology and motivating high-producing teams. He prides himself in being customer-focused, an active listener, having a growth mindset, and bringing an element of “fun” to his team. Ryan lives in Pennsylvania with his wife and three children. He is an avid outdoorsman and sits on the local sports board for his community’s youth sports programs. |
Jamie Walker

Ryan Victor has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career as a sales leader selling full service financial products for boutique investment firms in NYC.
Prior to joining Finxact, Mr. Victor worked with technology providers such as Apple Inc (NASDAQ: AAPL), where he managed a business development team, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) as an FSI Senior Account Manager, Finastra as a Strategic Account Manager, and Mambu as the North America Sales Lead. Mr. Victor’s diverse background in FSI and fintech allows him to share a unique perspective and skill set with our clients. |
