Chris Cucci Biography
Chris Cucci has over two decades of commercial banking experience. During that time, Chris has worked with middle market business clients as well as commercial real estate developers and investors nationwide. At Florida-based Climate First Bank, Cucci serves as Chief of Staff overseeing strategic initiatives to advance the bank's mission of environmental and social impact lending as well as leading many of the more complex client relationships in the bank's portfolio. In addition to his work at Climate First Bank, Cucci serves as an advisor at OneEthos, a fintech affiliate of the bank and also works in the CRE consulting space providing market research, financial analysis, and project feasibility studies for developers across the US. Before joining Climate First Bank, Chris held various positions in commercial lending and leadership at South State Bank, Wells Fargo, and JPMorgan Chase.
Aleda De Maria Biography
Aleda DeMaria is a seasoned banking executive with a proven track record of leading high performing teams, driving growth and delivering results. As the Executive Vice President of PeoplesBank, she leads the divisions of digital growth, retail, operations and consumer lending. She is one of founders of the Bank’s digital-only brand, ZYNLO Bank. In 2022, ZYNLO Bank received the recognition of Highly Commended for Best Digital Initiative in the Fintech Futures Banking Tech Award series. She has participated in several industry articles, conferences and podcasts and is knows for being a strategic thinker and leader.
Milind Pathak Biography
Milind Pathak is an accomplished executive with over 26 years of experience in partnering with community financial institutions. He has built a reputation as a trusted, proven, and reliable partner who excels in strategy planning, developing innovation strategy and importantly helping with the execution of the strategy. Over the course of his 26-year tenure working in partnership with community banks and credit unions, he has acquired a deep understanding of various aspects of financial services technology such as core banking, digital banking, card payments, RTP, origination, open banking, and Banking as a Service (BaaS). He is eager to apply this extensive experience and passion for digital transformation and innovation to drive positive change in the industry. Milind has extensive direct client-facing experience and is known for his ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. He is skilled at developing and implementing strategic plans that drive growth and profitability, and has a strong track record of delivering results. Milind is also a thought leader in the industry. Jorge Rey Biography
Jorge Rey is the Cybersecurity and Compliance Principal at Kaufman Rossin. He is responsible for managing and performing a variety of cyber security and compliance assessments, and SOC reports for companies in the financial services, healthcare, and technology industries. He is an adjunct faculty member in graduate business and healthcare programs, a frequent speaker and has been quoted and featured in several publications, including CIO, Compliance Week, ComputerWorld, Healthcare Fraud, The Miami Herald, and others.
He brings notable experience in training, security assessments, compliance and SOC reporting to his clients. Jorge served on the South Florida HIMSS board and is past Chairman of the ARMA Palm Beach Treasure coast. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
He earned a master's degree in Information Technology from Nova Southeastern University and a certificate in Administration of Information Security, recognized by the National Security Agency (NSA).
