Presentation Description:
Voice assistants first started to appear mainstream in 2011. At that time no one could predict that talking with inanimate objects would become so popular. They are transforming the way consumers search for information, shop, work and bank! Conversational payments are easy to use and willingly adopted by customers, as voice is the most natural way for people to communicate. Voice authentication eliminates any friction, and enables customers to use it on any voice enabled device. It connects customers and banks in a multitude of locations –home, work, on the go, and in cars, thus extending the relationship from the branches to just about anywhere any time.
Learn how conversational payments will have a major impact in banking in the future and how they are helping financial institutions provide products and services that are tailored to customers’ needs and lifestyles. Come listen to how voice payments are being deployed and the technology that is driving them.
