The pandemic has taught us many things, one is to "never let a good crisis go to waste" and so in this session we will discover the areas of opportunity around the new client onboarding paradigm and how servicing differentiation can be attained through smart solutions enabled by Cloud patterns. You will also learn of some of the pitfalls involved in building out best in class solutions for the customer base of the future.
Vaneet Grewal Biography
Vaneet Grewal is the Managing Director of the Financial Services practice at Box Inc. He is responsible for all Banking, Capital Markets, Investment Management and Insurance customers and the Go To Market strategy that Box rolls out across Financial Services in the Content Platform services sector.
Vaneet hails from a long tenure of Banking Technology Executive leadership, having spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs in various Engineering and Product roles in London, India and New York City. Through his experiences, Vaneet comes to the table with a wide array of expertise across Workflow, Content Management and Business Decision Modeling as well as deep knowledge of most all street side and buy side banking functions.
More recently, Vaneet was at Bank of America where he was the Head of Shared Platforms for the Global Banking & Markets as well as Enterprise Risk & Finance. As an avid Software Engineer, Vaneet has held many strategic technical leadership roles in horizontal platform development in Capital Markets, Consumer and Custody for each of the Banks he has worked with. Prior to BofA, Vaneet was the Head of Automation Platforms at BNY Mellon where he focused on Middle Office transformation and Global Fund Accounting Businesses. Vaneet holds a BSc in Computer Science from Kings College, University of London and he grew up in the United Kingdom until 2009 from where he emigrated with his family to the US.
