Joel Telpner is a Senior Partner in the New York office of the global law firm, Sullivan & Worcester. He is chair of the Firm’s Fintech and Blockchain Practice. Joel is a highly-regarded trailblazer in the fintech, blockchain, and cryptocurrency space. His
