A Fintech's Guide to Go-Live:
Addressing the Compliance Elephant in the Room
Presentation Date & Time:
May 3rd & 4th, 2022
Presenter Information:
Name: Sarah Mirsky-Terranova
Organization: Synctera
Presentation Description:
This presentation will discuss the compliance requirements that Fintechs need to go-live. Most early-stage Fintechs don’t have staff on-hand who understand what is required from a compliance perspective (i.e., policies/procedures, transaction monitoring for AML & fraud, KYC, etc.). Fintechs need mentorship/guidance in this area as they work with their sponsor bank before going live. Sarah will address these issues, and advise on industry best practices.
